三菱伺服里如何使用FX3U-1PG正反轉定位?
三菱定位模塊FX3U-1PG沒有用(yong)于連接正(zheng)轉(zhuan)限(xian)位(wei)(wei)/反轉(zhuan)限(xian)位(wei)(wei)的限(xian)位(wei)(wei)開關(guan)的端子(zi)。請(qing)(qing)將限(xian)位(wei)(wei)開關(guan)連接到可(ke)編程控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)主機上,以各輸入使(shi)正(zheng)轉(zhuan)限(xian)位(wei)(wei)(BFM#25 b2)或(huo)反轉(zhuan)限(xian)位(wei)(wei)(BFM#25 b3)置為(wei)ON/OFF。為(wei)了安全起見 ,不僅僅在(zai)可(ke)編程控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)側(ce)(ce) ,在(zai)伺服放(fang)(fang)大(da)器(qi)(qi)側(ce)(ce)也請(qing)(qing)設置正(zheng)轉(zhuan)限(xian)位(wei)(wei)/反轉(zhuan)限(xian)位(wei)(wei)的限(xian)位(wei)(wei)開關(guan) 。此時(shi) ,請(qing)(qing)使(shi)可(ke)編程控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)側(ce)(ce)的限(xian)位(wei)(wei)開關(guan)比伺服放(fang)(fang)大(da)器(qi)(qi)側(ce)(ce)的限(xian)位(wei)(wei)開關(guan)稍先動(dong)作。
1.步(bu)進電(dian)機驅動器沒(mei)有用(yong)于(yu)連(lian)接限位開關的端子,請(qing)設置在可(ke)編程控制器側。
2.請(qing)勿將正轉(zhuan)限(xian)位/反轉(zhuan)限(xian)位用(yong)(yong)于極限(xian)以(yi)外(wai)的用(yong)(yong)途。
正轉(zhuan)限位/反轉(zhuan)限位置(zhi)為ON時(shi)的(de)動作根(gen)據極限減速模式(shi)(BFM#3 b11/BFM#37 b11)的(de)設定而不同。
1.極限減(jian)速模式為(wei)OFF時(shi)的(de)動作(下圖1) 運行過程中位(wei)于運行方向的(de)正轉(zhuan)限位(wei)/反(fan)轉(zhuan)限位(wei)置為(wei)ON后,立即停止正轉(zhuan)脈(mo)沖(chong)/反(fan)轉(zhuan)脈(mo)沖(chong),輸出CLR信號。
(CLR信號的輸出脈(mo)寬為(wei)20ms。)
2.極限減速(su)模式為ON時(shi)的(de)動作(下(xia)圖2) 運行過程(cheng)中位于運行方向(xiang)的(de)正轉限位/反(fan)轉限位置為ON后,減速(su)停(ting)止。不輸出CLR信號。此外,此時(shi)的(de)減速(su)時(shi) 間(jian)使用加(jia)減速(su)時(shi)間(jian)(BFM#15)或減速(su)時(shi)間(jian)(BFM#52)。
正(zheng)轉限位/反轉限位動作后(hou)的(de)重啟動方法(fa)
運行過程中位(wei)于運行方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)的正(zheng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)限(xian)(xian)(xian)位(wei)/反轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)限(xian)(xian)(xian)位(wei)置為ON后,出現(xian)正(zheng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)限(xian)(xian)(xian)位(wei)和(he)(he)反轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)限(xian)(xian)(xian)位(wei)錯誤(錯誤代碼:K6),無(wu)法 向(xiang)已(yi)置為ON的正(zheng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)限(xian)(xian)(xian)位(wei)/反轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)限(xian)(xian)(xian)位(wei)的方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)移動。可通過反方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)的JOG運行避開(kai)極限(xian)(xian)(xian) 。此時 ,正(zheng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)限(xian)(xian)(xian)位(wei)和(he)(he)反轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)限(xian)(xian)(xian)位(wei)錯誤也將復位(wei) 。此外 ,錯 誤復位(wei)后還可以通過正(zheng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)限(xian)(xian)(xian)位(wei)/反轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)限(xian)(xian)(xian)位(wei)和(he)(he)相(xiang)反方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)的定(ding)位(wei)運行避開(kai)極限(xian)(xian)(xian)。
